It has come to my attention that a package I had sent one month ago it hasn't reached my family in Italy, yet.

Having sent of Makro Economi,I just want to make sure of my real result. I already took that course but my score is not enough to get another cource. Hello. Last week Feb,20 I bought a Coca cola can in Safeway on Kildare Ave with delight. But when I opend and started drinking I felt some strange. There was no bubbles in that. I was so surprised and I threw away this can with anger.
I want to know what happened to me and wish you send me a reply.

re: Internet Connection

Last week one of your employee installed internet connection in my homeoffice. Having three computers I needed three online conjunctions. One week long it was all right. Now, unfortunatelly, one of them suddenly doesn't have an access to internet. It is unexplained reason for me why.

Please send somebody again to clarify the cause so soon as possible.

Re: Policy No. 536340 - Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada

As you know I moved to Winnipeg in August 2007 and changed my insurance on August 28.
On October the 1st. the insurance withdrew the fee ($ 1,022.74) from my account fort he months October and November.

Due to the fact that I came from Germany without English skills, I didn’t understand that I
have to cancel my car insurance by myself. I thought that the new insurance company in
Winnipeg would cancel the old contract, what is common in Germany.
However, now I have paid double the car insurance for September, October and November.
On October the 16 st, I called your office and spoke with your wife about that. At the same day I sent you my Manitoba driver's Licence and a copy of my Manitoba Public Insurance. Your wife promised me to solve this problem, but until now nothing is happened. I’m very disappointed about that.

Today I would like to remind you to solve the Problem and help me to get back the money
from the insurance fort he months October and November.

My Ipod model: Classic 80GB is not charging correctly and also with problems to sync up with my computer. It has been said that I could solve my situation by internet however I have been trying all the alternatives and my Ipod stills not working well.
