On Friday, I had asked you to write about dating practices in your country. Do people hook up the same as in Canada? What about living together and getting married?

We have one of specific dating plactices which is called "Go-con" in Japan. It's like a match making, However, It's for finding a boyfriend or girlfriend, not finding a marriage partner. In addition, It's not offered by some associations like dating sites. Go-con is usually set by friends or co-workers. Some men and women, who don't have a partner,get together at restaurants or bars,important thing is a setting the same number of both boys and girls. Then if they have a moment, they will start their relationship.
In my opinion, It's such a useful dating practice because you don't have to pay money for joining a dating site, of corse you will pay money for beer and foods,and you can take part in it easily. Some Japanese are afraid of match making or dating site because some are running a business illegaly, accordingly, not safe,For example, being charged much money. Nowadays,It's very popular for young people.I think that It's getting become a part of new culture in Japan. " Go-con" came from the word company in English.
Living together is getting trendy among young people before they get married. However, eldery, in my opinion, don't still like that. They think that the order is very important in life,For instance, getting engaged, married, living together, then, having children and so on. I suppose that living together before getting married gives us taking advantages like we can simulate settling down that you can know more a partner.
Dating with someone special is a dream for everybody. Dating is important to know about our Backgrounds, Cultures, and families. Make some realionship is not easy and need to understand each other. In our culture dating is not realy necesesary because we will spent a lot of time and money. Women and men are diffrent gender or sex also it is hard to be one. Communication is important factor, before we will make relationship with someone that we had better plan, whices are missi and visi in our relationship. Relationship is beautiful if we are trust, Loyal, and faith also we don't suppose to betray each other. In Indonesia picnics are more favorite and a lot of people want to try, however we must to know about pleces, Facilities, Accommodaties, and Prices. In Indonesia has a lot of places for visit such as Borobudure in East Java, Batu Raden in West Java, One Thousand Island in Sumatra etc. It is not realy so expensive and in our country have a lot of nature and jungel and also Indonesia has troppical country.
Anyway in Indonesia a hook up same as Canada. They ussualy use e-mail, Cellphone, Telephone number and chatting on the computer. But if people have difficult to get a girlfriend/boyfriend, somebody will introduce them.
I don't agree with someone who living together without marride, because are not our culture and my religion has not though me like it. I still keep my culture even though I live in modernd society. In Jakarta especially ther are many couples live same as American stile. Jakarta is the metropolitan city. While this is not taboo anymore. Living tougether has positive and negative things. The positive thing that we can learn character each other and we want to know the character person each other, such as habits, Hobbies and life stile, so are not married to a wrong persone.
The negative thing that don't respect in our culture, however most people still do it.
